When God was handing out the bodies, I was in line for smarts.
It’s supposed to be funny, but some days it’s a little too close to the truth. Ever since I was a kid, I felt like I was put together a little unevenly. I’ve had weight problems all my life, and health problems - some mental, some physical - since I was a teenager. I’ve spent years and thousands of dollars tracking down the sources of “wrong” within my body, only to come up with one conclusion: I must have been in line for smarts when God handed out the healthy bodies.
